As of December 15, 2023, we have officially enrolled in  COR Certification, marking a significant milestone in enhancing our Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Program. This program is crucial for our ongoing development and adherence to safety standards.

We are proud to report that we have never experienced an incident that resulted in injuries requiring medical attention or caused any loss of work time. This accomplishment is a direct result of our steadfast dedication to our Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Program. Available 24/7 to all employees through SiteDocs, our program is accessible digitally, fostering a culture of safety and awareness. Our paperless system allows for real-time monitoring and updates, granting senior management the ability to oversee projects with immediate insights and alerts.

One of our standout projects is the successful completion of Dogtopia at 1224 Dundas St. East in Mississauga. We delivered this project on schedule, exactly to the client's specifications, and within the set budget. This achievement marked a first for any Dogtopia build in Canada. Following its completion, this location was proudly named Dogtopia's 'Flagship Store'. We're pleased to arrange a meeting with the owner for a deeper insight into our work and their experience with us.

We have also completed over 100 projects for the LCBO, each delivered punctually, precisely to specifications, without any incidents, and within budget. Our proficiency is widely acknowledged, as evidenced by our presence on the tender lists of all five LCBO district project coordinators, spanning the entire province of Ontario. In partnership with Facility Network, an iCheck company, we have conducted interior renovations for several prominent companies, including Westinghouse, Colliers Group, Schneider Electric, Semtech Corp, Yahoo, and Rogers-Radio, among others.

This year, we are excited to announce our official vendor status with John Deere for interior renovations and repairs at their Grimsby location. After successfully completing John Deere's comprehensive orientation, interviews, training, and quiz, we received our Vendor Identification and have already completed our first repair for John Deere.
